Tonya C. Tromblee

DVM, MS, DACVRVeterinary Radiologist

Dr. Tromblee earned her veterinary degree from Oklahoma State University in 2001. Following veterinary school, she completed a one-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Texas A&M University in 2002. She then completed a four-year residency in radiology at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine and received her Master’s degree in Biomedical and Veterinary Science in 2006. Her research investigated the CT characteristics of canine elbow dysplasia. She is experienced in thoracic and abdominal ultrasonography, in addition to musculoskeletal, spinal, and thoracic CT imaging. She became board certified by the American College of Veterinary Radiology in 2005.

In addition to CT, her professional interests include abdominal and extracardiac thoracic ultrasonography, MRI, and digital radiography. Her professional affiliations include the American College of Veterinary Radiology and the American Veterinary Medical Association. She joined Mass Vet in August 2006.
