A Massachusetts native, Dr. Cook completed her undergraduate studies at UMass Amherst and then studied veterinary medicine at Cornell University, graduating in 2008. She went on to complete a rotating internship at the University of Georgia. Dr. Cook worked in equine and mixed general practice before joining the emergency department at MVRH.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Doug and young son Alden. The family pets include two horses and a saintly older dog named Livingston.
